Shipping rates & delivery time WORLDWIDE and non EU countries:
We currently only ship to select countries across Europe. However, should you wish to receive a delivery outside the EU, please contact us at info@arisholm.dk with your request and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


PLEASE NOTE: Orders delivered to countries outside the EC fiscal (VAT) area will not have VAT (DK Tax) charged to them. Also note that, depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which Arisholm ApS cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you

Voucher/discount code
Unfortunately it is not possible to use two vouchers/discount codes for the same purchase.

RETURNS

Return with return label
You can easily and conveniently return goods from Arisholm contacting us to receive a GLS return label. Once we send you a return label, simply place the return item together with a completed return slip in the packaging and attach the label to the outside. You then deliver the shipment to a GLS parcel shop, which ensures that it is returned to us.


Use of a return label costs €4, which we deduct from your final return amount.

To request a return, please contact us at info@arisholm.dk with subject line ‘Return’.


Exchange
If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour, this is done by placing a new order in the webshop after you have sent the original item back.

Please note that exchange in our showroom is unfortunately not possible at this time.


Regarding webshop returns
Goods that are damaged or visibly altered are not accepted and will be sent back at your own expense. Returned goods cannot be sent by cash on delivery or without distribution.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed, and we therefore recommend that you save any postal receipt and track and trace number. Please note that you bear the risk for the goods from the time of the goods' delivery, and you are also responsible for ensuring that the package reaches our warehouse safely in the event of a return.

As soon as we have received and accepted a returned item, the amount will be credited to the card originally used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for a credit to appear in your account.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the product's value due to handling of the product other than what is necessary to determine size and fit. You are therefore welcome to try the item in the same way as you would try it in a physical store, but you may not use it or remove labels and hangtags. If you have used the item in a way that is not allowed or possible in a business, and we subsequently cannot sell it at full price, you must count on us deducting the decrease in value from the amount you should get back.

If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount. Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.

Right of withdrawal
Private persons have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement without reason within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you get physical possession of the item.

Partial cancellation
As a rule, the right of cancellation only applies if the entire purchase is cancelled. However, we offer that you can partially cancel your purchase: for example, if you have bought a sleeve and a top, but only want to keep the top. The procedure and conditions for partial cancellation are the same as for full cancellation.

How to use the right of cancellation
You cancel your purchase by notifying us via e-mail, stating that you regret the purchase:

You cannot undo by refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick it up. The cancellation form will be sent to you together with the order confirmation. The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired. In your message to us, you must make it clear that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our form for the purpose and send it to us.
