Welcome to the Arisholm webshop. We ask you to read the trading conditions before placing your order. Purchase agreements on the webshop are entered into in Danish or English.

At Arisholm, we do everything we can to convey correct information about the products, but mistakes can happen. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will hear from us as soon as possible.

How to shop at Arisholm

  1. Select a product. Mark the desired color and size and press 'Add to basket' to add it to your online shopping basket.

  2. Find the basket icon in the upper right corner. Before you can click 'checkout', you must accept our general conditions by ticking the box 'Accept trading conditions'.

  3. Click 'checkout'. From here you will be directed through our checkout system to complete your order.

Checkout

  1. Fill in your personal information and select your desired delivery method.

  2. Fill in your payment information. Double check that all information is correct and complete your purchase.

Once the order has been placed and the order confirmation received, it is unfortunately not possible for us to change the order, as it has been automatically transferred to our warehouse.

Prices on the webshop are shown in EUR and include 25% VAT.

Payment
We accept payment with Dankort, MasterCard, and VISA.

The amount is only deducted when the item is dispatched. We do not charge card fees.

Reservation of amount: If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

We deduct the amount when we send the item, or the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

Delivery options to addresses in Denmark

Delivery time
Standard delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-3 days. You can stay informed about your package's path to you via the sent tracking number, or by contacting our customer service at the following address: info@arisholm.dk

If you live in Europe, the delivery time is typically 3-5 days.

Please note that the delivery times above are estimates. Arisholm ApS cannot be held responsible for delays that occur with GLS.

Right of withdrawal
Private persons have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement without reason within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you get physical possession of the item.

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an e-mail:  info@arisholm.dk.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
As a rule, the right of cancellation only applies if the entire purchase is cancelled. However, we offer that you can partially cancel your purchase: for example, if you have bought a sleeve and a top, but only want to keep the top. The procedure and conditions for partial cancellation are the same as for full cancellation. Delivery costs are not refunded partial return of an order. Do you return whole your order, we will also refund the shipping amount.

Return
Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature of the item, its characteristics and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

Note: delivery costs are not refunded for partial returns of an order. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the shipping amount.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

The return amount will be transferred to the account within 2-3 days. Please note that exchange in our showroom is unfortunately not possible at this time.

Defective goods
All goods are quality checked before they are sent out to our customers. Should you unexpectedly receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us. Goods are classified as defective if they are received with faults or defects, or if a fault should occur within 24 months of the date of purchase. In other words, it is the rules of the Purchase Act that apply. You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal use  are not considered defective.

Where possible, we will offer to repair and rectify any damage or faults to goods. If you wish to exchange your item, we offer to replace the item with the same product in the same size, depending on availability. If an item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will receive a full refund of your purchase.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Arisholm ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.

Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact our customer service by phone: +45 40 20 22 54 or by e-mail: info@arisholm.dk.

If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to  Nævnenes Hus: Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via  the Complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus .

In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .

When you shop at an e-branded webshop, you can have your case processed for free – regardless of the size of the amount. Read more here

Voucher/discount code
Unfortunately, it is not possible to use two vouchers/discount codes for the same purchase.
